Who is responsible
Klumba Flores, a florist in Montevideo, Uruguay, is responsible for the data you give us on this site and in our messaging channels. We process data in line with Uruguayan Law No. 18.331 on Personal Data Protection.
What we collect
When you order: your name and phone; for a gift, the recipient’s name and phone; the delivery address and zone, date and time slot, card message and your comments.
When you sign up for news: the email or WhatsApp you leave and the site language.
In your browser: the cart is stored on your own device so it is not lost between pages. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
To confirm, prepare, charge and deliver your order; to coordinate with the recipient; to answer your questions; and, if you left your contact for that, to tell you about news and remind you of special dates.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to fulfil your order: the person making the delivery and, if you pay online, the payment provider (for example Mercado Pago), which handles payment data under its own policies. We do not sell data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as needed for our relationship with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. News list contacts are deleted when you ask.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram (see contact). If you feel we did not respond properly, you can contact Uruguay’s data protection authority (URCDP).
